Included in this package are the following materials and sizes:

1 x Seating Chart - A1 size / 5mm Foamcore
3 x Table Numbers - A5 size / 5mm Foamcore
1 x Bar Signage - A4 size / 5mm Foamcore
80 x Place Card Menus - 99mm w x 210mm h / Cardstock 325gsm
80 x Double Sided Invitations - 5x7 inch / Cardstock 325gsm
1 x In Loving Memory Sign - A5 size / 5mm Foamcore
1 x Guestbook Sign - A5 size / 5mm Foamcore
80 x Drink Discs - A5 size / 3mm Acrylic
We understand that details such as seating charts, names, and menus may not be finalised at the time of ordering. We’ll contact you first to discuss details, before sending through an initial draft in your chosen shape and layout, then wait for your final wording before preparing further proofs. The 1st initial draft is not included in your allocated 4 design proofs.
If you're wanting any material / sizing / qty changes to the above products, this can be altered during the initial design and communication process. If you have any questions before ordering, please contact us and we'll be happy to chat with you first.
*Please note: production time will be longer for packages and may take up to 4-6 weeks. Delays in approvals or client communication may extend production timelines.
DESIGN & PRODUCTION
To place your order, complete the fields provided with as much information as possible, then add the product to your cart.
Once your order is received, you'll receive an automatic confirmation email. Your first design proof will be emailed within 3 business days. If we need any additional information before preparing your proof, we'll contact you first.
We include up to 4 design proofs to ensure you're happy with the final design. Once approved, your order will move into production. Please allow a minimum of 2–3 weeks for production, or longer for orders containing multiple products.
Once your order has been printed and dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. For more information, please visit our Shipping & Delivery page.
Colours displayed on screens may vary slightly from the final product. Variations in colour, texture, material and finish may occur depending on the product and materials used.
CUSTOM DESIGNS
If you're after something more customised, such as specific colours, fonts, or a design inspired by an inspo pic, simply submit an enquiry through our Custom Design page. We’d love to create something uniquely yours.
